Love or Hate Fergie, you cannot deny 25 years managing at the top level, with one of the biggest clubs in the world is an incredible achievement, and rightly deserves being widely praised. Amazingly he has stayed at one club, whilst his rivals have come and gone, and he has learned to change and adapt, building various different teams which have all been successful. The man is a genius.
